    What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer flexible cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to partial refund based on circumstances. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.

    Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on the booking schedule.

    Naples Parrot House is pet-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs. Naples Holiday House does not allow pets. Please contact us for pet policy details and any associated fees.
