The Naples Parrot House is a true tropical oasis – a bright, airy home on Parrot Avenue with a private heated pool, screened lanai, and the kind of indoor-outdoor flow that makes you forget the rest of the world exists. Close to downtown Naples, the beach, and everything Southwest Florida has to offer, yet completely private once you’re home.
The home features two separate living areas -the main living room with a 75″ Samsung 4K TV and a second lounge, both opening directly to the screened lanai and heated pool. The kitchen connects directly to the lanai via a pass-through window. Three king-bedded suites give every guest their own retreat: the Tropical Master with an en suite bath, the Surf Room, and the Turtle Room.
Outside: a heated pool set to 83°F, covered lanai with dining for 8, a gas BBQ grill, a separate lounge seating area, pool floats, noodles, a fenced backyard with badminton and cornhole, and beach gear for 6 (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys). The circle driveway fits 4 cars.
Pet friendly for pre-approved hypoallergenic dogs under 20 lbs (max 2, $100/dog non-refundable fee). Fenced yard makes it ideal for small dogs.
